Looks like there may be a slight chance of severe weather later on this week, possibly Wed-Thur, though it currently looks to be a pretty minimal threat. My attention is more focused on the 20-23 time frame. Both the GFS and ECMWF are in pretty good agreement with bringing a strong broad trough across the Central US. Moisture should be quite abundant this time around as a couple days of SW flow ahead of the system should allow for decent return. This looks to have the potential to produce a couple of decent chase days, though still 180+ hours out, much will change. Stay Tuned.
